Meet the Pastors
At HomE Church, our leadership is dedicated to guiding and serving our community with love and integrity. Get to know the faces behind the vision below.
Lead Pastor
Jason Rogers
Jason Rogers serves as our lead pastor & is the founding pastor of HomE Church. Jason is an East Tennessee native born in Loudon County & being reared in Loudon & Blount Counties. Jason was saved as a 15-year-old young man in March of 1996 at a youth revival at Forest Hill Baptist Church in Maryville, Tennessee when, as he often says, "Jesus stepped out of heaven & into his heart". He surrendered to the call to preach in January of 1999.
Since surrendering to the call to ministry, Jason has been a bivocational pastore of 3 churches & has preached in many others in Blount County, Anderson County, & many others before starting HomE Church in February/March of 2021. HomE Chruch began in the Rogers' family living room over a few weeks during the Covid pandemic. Seeing that most churches were shut down during that time, Jason & his family began doing Facebook live worship services from their living room as a way for the churches he had preached in over the years to have an online worship service to attend.
Jason met the love of his life, Teresa, while they were students at Heritage High School. They were married in 2001 & have 3 beautiful children. Their daughters lead worship at HomE Church almost every week. They love to laugh & create videos for their family social media accounts. They often say their house is seldom quiet but it's never boring. The family wants others to know that living for Jesus doesn't have to be boring.
Pastor to Families
Randy Leming
Randy Leming serves as the pastor to families of HomE Church. Randy was saved at 9 years old. He then began preaching as just a 10-year-old boy. Randy has preached in countless churches over his last 50-plus years of ministry.
After Randy surrendered to the call to ministry, he preached in numerous churches & has pastored 3 churches in East Tennessee. He also served several churches as Interim Pastor & Youth Pastor while also holding various other staff positions, all bivocationally. Randy has a heart for people & connects with them like few others.
Randy received his high school diploma from Harrison Chilhowee Baptist Academy (now King's Academy). He then received a Bachelor of Arts from Carson Newman before attending Mid-America Baptist Seminary. Randy is married to Melissa & has two grown daughters & one grandson (Sawyer). Randy LOVES riding motorcycles & started a "Bike Sunday' ministry at HomE Church where motorcycle enthusiasts can meet & ride together periodically while the weather permits.
